Scott E. State, President & Chief Executive Officer, LVI Services Inc.
Scott E. State, P.E., joined LVI in 2010 as President and Chief Executive Officer, responsible for leading the organization and expanding its business into new services areas and geographies. A nuclear engineer by education, State is well-known in the industry for his outstanding technical skills and executive management background with large, complex organizations. He has extensive experience in development and financial advisory projects for the military, nuclear and private industry.
JOHN M. LEONARD, LVI CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
John Leonard, who has been Chief Operating Officer of LVI since 2003, has been with the company for 20 years. Mr. Leonard oversees all of the branch offices and works directly with regional and branch managers to ensure the successful performance of every job. He is also responsible for maintaining LVI’s standards and procedures regarding client service across the company. Mr. Leonard is directly responsible for major projects for national clients and leads LVI’s emergency response effort in the pre-planning and implementation of responses throughout the U.S.
JEFFREY A. WILSON, PRESIDENT, NORTHSTAR RECOVERY SERVICES
Jeff Wilson is President of NorthStar Recovery Services, a subsidiary of LVI Services Inc. Mr. Wilson has years of experience in the disaster recovery and restoration industry. He brings extensive knowledge in the management and operation of large commerial loss recovery and restoration. Mr. Wilson has international experience in emergency response of large-scale disasters and catostrophes. Mr. Wilson will utilize his accomplished background to ensure cost effectiveness, safety, and effective teamwork to provide on-schedule performance and client satisfaction.
TAMI CASEY, VICE PRESIDENT, NORTHSTAR RECOVERY SERVICES
Tami Casey serves as Vice President of NorthStar Recovery Services. She is responsible for business development nationwide and also serves as a corporate relationship manager for many Fortune 500 clients. In addition, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the comprehensive pre-loss recovery programs that serve as the blueprint for NorthStar’s rapid response and recovery operations.
GARY THIBODEAUX, DIRECTOR OF HEALTH & SAFETY
Gary Thibodeaux has been corporate director of health and safety since 2002 and has been with LVI Services, NorthStar’s parent company, for seven years. He has more than 20 years of experience in the health and safety industry and is based in the Orange, Texas, office.
JAMES A. MCNEELY, VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
James McNeely joined LVI Services as Branch Manager in Houston in 2004 and covered Emergency Response Services in hurricane-prone regions in the southern United States. He has been responsible for Houston branch operations, including business administration, project management, estimating and sales. He is also in charge of daily operations such as safety coordination, quality control, scheduling and coordination of subcontractors and personnel training. In June 2008, Mr. McNeely brought his vast expertise of Emergency Response Services to NorthStar Recovery Services. He is responsible for the operations and planning functions for clients’ needs during disasters nationwide. To date, Mr. McNeely has successfully managed over $125 million dollars in revenue for Emergency Response Services.
